Instructions for Patients Undergoing Embryo Transfer:

1. Please call my office as soon as you have a 'trigger shot' date or scheduled date for frozen transfer. You should receive a confirmation call from me within a matter of hours.

2. Please call me when you have an exact date and time for your transfer. For fresh transfers, you will know approximately 48 hours after retrieval. Please call as soon as you finish talking with the embryologist so that we may confirm your appointment with our on-call staff.

3. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your transfer. All acupuncture will be done with you lying face up.

4. Bring your water bottle with a straw or sipper. You will be expected to have a full bladder by the time of your transfer.

5. Our on call staff member will meet you in the front lobby of the office approximately one hour prior to the transfer.

6. You may complete the paperwork on line and bring it with you the day of transfer, or fill it out on site.

7. If you wish to pay by credit card, please do so 24 hours or more prior to the transfer. You may call Kyle with info, or download the form and email it to her. Otherwise, bring a check made payable to Child of Your Dreams the day of your procedure.

8. Please let our staff know if there's anything they can do to make you more comfortable.
